PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Parker Council will hold a public hearing on May 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 1314 11th Street, Parker, Arizona, 85344, to discuss and decide on the implementation of a Building Moratorium within the Town of Parker. All interested persons may attend and address their comments to the Town Council. This discussion and decision will be based on the written findings supported by documentation provided by Colorado River Sewage System Joint Venture (“System”) indicating the failure of critical systems, the inability to support additional capacity, and the time and cost necessary for repairs.
