The Town Clerk performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties.  The clerk is responsible for preparing agendas and recording minutes for council meetings.  Other duties include record keeping, preparing reports, and making official correspondence.  The Town of Parker’s point of contact for public records requests is Amy Putnam, Town Clerk who can be reached at (928) 669-9265 extension 1003 and clerk@townofparkeraz.us

Open Meeting Law Information

Location of Town Council Meetings:  Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 1314 11th Street *unless so noted. 
Common Council regular meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at  6:00 p.m.

All posted Town Hall Meetings are Open to the Public except for an Executive Session; Agenda are posted 24 hours prior and copies are available upon request, inquire with the
Town Clerk, Amy Putnam  (928) 669-9265.

Minutes are subject to Town Council Approval and will be posted accordingly.

Board of Adjustments Committee  as needed 

Park & Recreation Committee meets 2nd Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. Liaisons for this meeting are Vice Mayor Hooper and  Council Member Lucas. 

Planning & Zoning Commission  as needed 

Senior Center Advisory Committee meets 3rd Monday at  5:15 p.m. Liaison for this meeting is Council Member DeLeon. 

Streets & Traffic Committee meets the Last Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Liaison for this meeting is Vice Mayor Hooper.
This committee does not meet in November or December.

Library Advisory Board meets the 2nd Monday at 5:15 p.m. Liaisons for this meeting are Council Member Shontz and Council Member Wooddell
