THE COURT DOES NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER CHECK,   DEBT CARD OR CREDIT CARD.  A RECEIPT WILL BE ISSUED FOR EVERY PAYMENT MADE. WHEN YOU MAKE A PAYMENT, BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PAYMENT.

ANY NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS, CHECK, CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION, OR ACH REJECTION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 FEE.

The Magistrate Court does not publish a weekly court calendar. If you believe you have an appearance scheduled, please contact the Court Clerk by phone at (928)669-0011 during office hours.

If your vehicle was towed and impounded for a driving infraction, the Court can do nothing for you. You must contact the Police Department to request a post storage hearing.  (A.R.S. 28-3513)
